Barb Lisby (pictured on the right) is the Broker of Beach Bum Realty, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in property management and real estate. Throughout her career, Barb has developed a strong reputation for her leadership, industry knowledge, and ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and professionalism.
A significant part of Barb’s expertise includes hurricane restoration, where she has successfully coordinated with insurance companies, contractors, homeowners, and residents to restore properties efficiently and effectively. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of the recovery process have made her a trusted resource during challenging times.
In addition, Barb experience in new construction sales, lot sales, and existing home transactions. Her well-rounded background allows her to guide customers through every stage of the real estate process with clarity and care.
Known for her dedication, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, Barb is committed to delivering results while building lasting relationships with her customers.
Lindsay Arndt (pictured on the left) is a dedicated Sales Associate with Beach Bum Realty, bringing a strong foundation in new construction sales and over 20 years of customer service experience. With four years of hands-on expertise in new construction, Lindsay has been involved in every stage of the process—from initial contract development , permitting, land clearing and to slab completion and final closing. Her comprehensive understanding of the building process allows her to guide customers with confidence and clarity every step of the way.
Known for her exceptional work ethic, in-depth knowledge, and outstanding communication skills, Lindsay is committed to delivering a seamless and positive experience for every client.
